Shipping Details:

  • Shipping charges vary by item and are clearly shown on each individual page so that you know what they are before you purchase your gift.
  • Please note:  If you forget to choose a shipping option, the lowest shipping option available for the item chosen will automatically be added to your order and charged to your credit card.
  • Shipping is available to the continental U.S. only.  Sorry, no PO Boxes or APO addresses.
  • UPS deliveries are made Monday thru Friday only.  Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.
     
  • For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please call.

Courier (hand-delivery) Details:

  • Courier (hand) delivery is available within Illinois for $14.00 for those items clearly marked with this option.  Click here to see locations available for this option.  Call if you do not see your area shown.
  • Call for hand-delivery charges of multiple gifts going to the same location.
  • Hand delivery is available Monday-Friday.  
  • Gifts are delivered to residential areas up until 7:00 p.m.  Time of delivery cannot be guaranteed.  When no one is available to receive your gift, it will be left in a secure location or with a neighbor whenever possible.
  • Gifts are delivered to commercial locations by close of business. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

  • Saturday/Sunday/Holiday Delivery Not Available
  • Orders placed by 9:00 a.m. CST will usually go out same business day.  Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. CST will go out next business day. 
  • Future ship dates can be requested when order is placed.
  • During peak times, such as holidays, for multiple baskets, or for customized baskets that require us to obtain products that we do not carry in our shop, more time may be required.  
  • Our promise is to do everything possible to expedite your gift order in the most timely manner possible.   However, since weather conditions, holidays, occasional carrier delays, and/or the location of the recipient, incorrect addresses or information provided can all impact transit times, specific dates or times of arrival cannot be guaranteed.
  • Please watch your email after placing an order in case we are trying to get in touch with you to obtain required information, or alert you to problems with your order, which may delay delivery.
