The designs shown on our website are just a sampling of gift ideas which can be created for you. Our staff of creative designers will be happy to customize an outstanding gift based on your specifications and within your price range.
Awesome Creations, Inc. reserves the right to make substitutions, as necessary, based upon product availability, seasonal changes, and the discovery of new items. All substitutions will be of equal or greater quality and value.
Most of the designs on our website have been photographed without wrapping for better clarity. Prior to delivery, our gift designs are wrapped in soft cellophane and topped with a beautiful bow. Shipped designs may differ slightly in their appearance. We design our shipped baskets to ensure that they can be securely packaged to arrive in beautiful condition.
Please Note: Awesome Creations, Inc. ships and hand-delivers "Business Days" (Monday thru Friday) only.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are excluded. In order to better assist you, we have provided delivery options at the time of checkout that can be chosen in case we are not able to meet your requested delivery date.
The staff at Awesome Creations, Inc. promises we will always do everything possible to expedite your gift order in the most timely manner possible. However, since weather conditions, holidays, occasional carrier delays, the location of the recipient, incorrect addresses or information provided can all impact transit times, specific dates or times of arrival cannot be guaranteed.
During peak times, such as holidays, for multiple baskets, for customized and personalized gifts and baskets, or requests that require us to obtain products that we do not carry in our shop, more time may be required. Exceptions are noted on individual gift pages.
Please watch your email after placing an order in case we are trying to get in touch with you to obtain required information, or alert you to problems with your order, which may delay delivery.
Please be careful ... it is your responsibility to provide Awesome Creations, Inc. with the correct recipient information. We need the following:
· Recipient's full name
· Complete address, including suite numbers, apartment numbers, room numbers, etc.
· City, State, correct Zip Code
· Recipient's phone number, in case the carrier needs to contact them to ensure delivery.
· Incorrect delivery information usually results in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the credit card that you provided when the order was placed.
· If a gift is returned, due to incorrect shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted to provide an alternate shipping address and required to pay the additional delivery charges incurred for redelivery.

Awesome Creations, Inc. will not process any orders received without the following:
· Purchaser's full name
· Complete billing address (where the credit card statement is sent to)
· Contact phone number.
· If you want to return your gift item, please contact us as quickly as possible at 1-877-729-3766 so that we can assist you.
· All products and shipping materials must be retained until speaking with us.
· You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of a gift. No returns are accepted after 14 days.
· A customer service representative will provide you with return instructions and an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
· Due to state health laws, baskets and other food items must be returned in their original, unopened condition.
· We will gladly credit the original charge card used in payment for the retail price of a returned gift basket or gift item, minus a 20% restocking fee, less shipping and sales tax.
· For damaged items, see below.
· If you have received a gift basket or gift item damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at 1-877-729-3766 so that we can assist you.
· All products and shipping materials must be retained as they may be requested by the carrier. If not, we cannot issue a claim.
· Your problem will be handled on a priority basis.
· We must be notified as quickly as possible of any need to cancel an order.
· Orders for gift baskets or gifts that have not been made will be cancelled without any cost to you.
· Cancellation of orders that have already been filled will result in a 20% restocking fee.
· Personalized gifts that have already been processed are not subject to cancellation.
· We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
· We also accept money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks. These methods of payment must be received and clear prior to your purchase being processed or shipping.
· Please note: your credit card will be charged by Awesome Creations, Inc. If you issue a chargeback due to not recognizing your purchase resulting in any additional charges to Awesome Creations, you will be held responsible for those charges.
· Fraudulent orders will be subject to prosecution and will be reported to authorities.

Our online order form uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption technology for your security. If, however, you feel uncomfortable providing certain information online, please complete the order form within your comfort level and we will contact you by phone to complete your order.
Awesome Creations, Inc. can include wine & alcohol in your gift basket only if it is purchased by you and brought or sent to us for inclusion in your gift basket. We cannot purchase it for you. Due to state restrictions - we will not ship baskets that include wine or alcohol outside of Illinois.

When you place an order online, a confirmation/receipt will automatically be provided to you to print out. You will also receive a confirming email. Please print that receipt and keep it for your records as no additional receipt will be sent. If you place your order by phone or fax, we will send you a receipt by fax or mail.
Awesome Creations, Inc. will be happy to include your products, brochures, business cards, etc. in your gift designs. For your convenience, we will keep them on hand at our shop.
Quotes provided for gift designs made up totally of your products will require that you provide us with samples of the products to ensure that we provide you with accurate pricing. Quotes provided otherwise will be estimates only, and may be increased after products are received.
