Can you create a gift basket that includes my company products?

Yes. We can include your products, business cards, brochures, or anything else that you would like us to. For your convenience, we will even keep items on hand at our location so that we have them always available. Can I order a number of gift baskets and have them all sent to different locations?

Can I send a gift to someone in the hospital?

You can, but we highly recommend that you don't. Many times patients are released much sooner than anyone expects and the gift does not reach them. When possible, we recommend you send the gift to their home or to a friend or family member that can make sure it gets to them. We cannot be responsible for delivery of gift baskets sent to patients at hospital locations. (Back to Top)

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay by check, but your check will need to clear the bank before your gift can be sent. You can also pay by money order or cashier's check, but your gift will not be sent until payment is received. (Back to Top)

Can I order online and call in my credit card information?

Yes. Although we offer a safe online shopping experience, our shopping cart provides you with the option of placing your order online and calling in your credit card information. (Back to Top)

What if I give you an incorrect recipient address?

Please be careful and double check your addresses, including zip codes. Please provide suite, room, or apartment numbers when needed. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We cannot be responsible for an address that has been provided to us incorrectly. This will almost always result in an additional courier or shipping charge, which will then be charge to the credit card that you provided with your order.
