Information Needed When Placing An Order

If you will be placing your order online, our shopping cart will prompt you to provide the information needed.  Please be sure to provide accurate information so that you do not incur additional charges, or delay your gift.  We do require complete names, addresses, and phone numbers.  

When placing your order in any other way, please provide the following:

1. Gift being ordered

2. Price (without delivery and tax)

3. Method of delivery requested

4. Buyers full name, company name (if applicable), address, phone number and email.

5. Recipients full name, company name (if applicable) full address (including suite #s, apt. #s, etc), phone number.

6. Gift card message and how you want it signed.

7. Credit card type, number, expiration date, security code from the back, and full name and address and correct zip code where the credit card bill is received.  (Back to Top)
