accessed only by "authorized" Awesome Creations' personnel.
Information is stored in a secure environment. Discarded
information is shredded.
Our site uses "shopping cart" software that
enables you, our customer, to purchase items and indicate the manner
in which to pay for these items. We collect your contact
information (name, billing address, telephone number, and email
address) and financial information required to process your order.
Our online store offers you the option to place your order online
and call in your credit card information.
Your email address is used to identify your
account and to send you an email confirmation that your order has
been received. You will also receive an email to notify you
when your order has been shipped or delivered, or if a problem
arises that would prevent us from filling the order. Your name and
billing address information is used for to confirm your credit card
information and to protect us against potential fraud.
Customer & Recipient Communication
On occasion we may send out information about upcoming specials,
new products, holiday reminders, etc. to our clients via email or
mailings. We do provide the option to opt-out of future
communications.
The names and addresses of the recipients are used for shipping
purposes only. We do not contact or send other communications to
recipients unless we are expressly asked to do so by the customer
(for example, to verify that the gift was received), or if the
recipient contacts us and asks to be added to our mailing list.
Billing information is never included with a gift or provided to
the recipient. At the time on online order is placed, a
receipt is automatically sent to the purchaser via email.
Receipts for orders placed by phone are faxed or mailed to the
purchaser based on fax numbers or addresses provided at the time the
order is placed.
